*Note: The home is in a building that houses other spaces and local residents, so we ask that the home is treated with dignity and respect at all times. Please keep noise to a minimum between 8pm and 8am as per city ordinance. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

This is a two-story home, and there are no bedrooms on the first floor. From the sidewalk, you must go up 6 steps to find the yellow front door. Once inside, you must climb 17-steps to reach the top, where the two bedrooms and bathrooms are located. The first floor has the living room, a half bathroom, the kitchen, and the living room.

Please note: the front door DOES NOT auto-lock. Please take a moment to ensure the deadbolt is locked as you come and go. From the outside, simply pull the door shut tightly and press the lock button. Don't forget to give it a tug afterwards to ensure it is locked before walking away. From the inside, simply turn the deadbolt clockwise.

Please be aware that even though we spray for bugs on a quarterly basis, you might see palmetto bugs, wasps, and other insects during your stay. They usually come out to die, but please do your best to keep them out of the house by keeping the windows and doors shut at all times, only bringing food items to the dining room, and keeping trash in the trash can.

House Quirks:

If you want the fan on but the light off in the primary bedroom, turn off at light switch, then turn it back on. The light will be off, but the fan remains on.

The upstairs porch light switch is located in the primary bedroom

• The mirror in the second bedroom opens to face the door for better lighting. Pull gently on the right side to open.

• Microwave use: To open after using, you must push the red Unlock button in the middle of the keypad. Then the large silver button will open the door.
